● The iron core is made of high quality high magnetic silicon steel sheet, using 45° diagonal multi-step stacking process, effectively reducing loss and noise.

● Product low-voltage coil using copper foil coil / paper wrapped wire, choose longitudinal air way, pre-immersion DMD as interlayer insulation, internal and external airways; pre-impregnated glass wire cloth as insulation; the upper and lower ends with epoxy resin sealed, and the into the curing furnace whole curing, moisture-proof excellent performance.

● Product high pressure coil using high strength paper wrapped wire （or enameled wire）, choose multi-layer segment cylinder winding; Amn turn distribution uniform, has a strong short circuit resistance. The coil is poured with epoxy resin mixture in the vacuum state, which effectively suppresses the local discharge phenomenon, and the local discharge amount does not exceed 5PC.
